My Adventure
You’ve probably heard the flight attendant’s advice:
“Put your oxygen mask on first before helping others.”
Well, I wasn’t doing that. Instead, I poured every bit of myself into others until I was running on empty—feeling unfulfilled, stuck, and disconnected from the vibrant life I knew was possible.
The Full Story
For much of my life, I placed others’ needs above my own—often at the cost of my peace, well-being, and sense of self. I found myself caught in old patterns and generational cycles that kept me feeling disconnected, unsure of how to step fully into my own truth.
It felt like being on a loop—always searching for something more, without knowing how to reach it.

A Journey of
Unlearning & Rebuilding
Over the last few years, I’ve been doing the deep inner work of unlearning, healing, and gently releasing what no longer serves me. I’ve been reconnecting with my truth, sitting with my shadows, and learning to hold space for myself with the same tenderness I offer others.
Through this process, I’ve begun to transform pain into purpose, rediscover joy, and reconnect with a sense of meaning that feels true to who I am—now.
Why I'm Here
To Guide You
I understand how it feels to question your worth, to wonder if you’re enough, or to feel overwhelmed by the weight of change. But healing isn’t about a one-size-fits-all formula. It’s about reconnecting with your inner compass—your unique truth—and taking aligned, gentle steps toward the life that feels most like you.
I believe we all hold the power to create something meaningful. That belief is the heart of my work: to support you in awakening your inner healer, remembering your wholeness, and stepping into a life rooted in self-awareness, fulfillment, and joy.
You already carry the strength within you to create a life you feel excited to wake up to.
“You never get it done, and you cannot get it wrong.”
