My Adventure
You’ve probably heard the advice:
“Put your oxygen mask on first before helping others.”
I wasn’t doing that. I was pouring everything into others until I was running on empty, feeling stuck, unfulfilled, and disconnected from the life I knew was possible.
The Full Story
For most of my life, I was searching for something outside of me. I thought that if I could figure everything out, I would finally feel at peace.
But nothing was missing. I just needed to slow down enough to notice what was already here.
Now I create spaces where you can step out of the noise and come back to yourself. Through movement, conversation, and time in nature, we slow things down and get honest about what's really going on, so you can reconnect with what's real.
This is about fixing yourself.
It's about remembering who you are.

A Journey of
Unlearning & Rebuilding
Over the last few years, I’ve been doing the deep inner work of unlearning, healing, and releasing what no longer serves me.
I've sat with the hard things, reconnected with my truth, and learned how to hold space for myself with the same care I've always given to others.
Through that process, I’ve found more clarity, more peace, and a deeper sense of purpose that actually feels like me.
Why I'm Here
To Guide You
I know what it feels like to question yourself, to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what direction to take.
And I also know that healing isn’t about following a formula. It’s about learning how to listen to yourself, trust what you feel, and take your next step from a place that’s actually aligned.
I believe you already have everything you need within you. My role is to help you see it more clearly, reconnect with it,
and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
“You never get it done, and you cannot get it wrong.”
